Lance Parker was appointed president of A&B Properties on September 1, 2015 and also serves as the company's principal broker. He has held several positions since joining the company in 2004, and most recently was senior vice president of acquisitions & dispositions. Prior to joining A&B, he was an associate vice president with Grubb & Ellis in California, where he provided commercial brokerage, advisory and transactional services. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Southern California, with a bachelor's degree in real property management and development. Parker serves on the boards of Bishop Museum and Historic Hawaii Foundation.

Alan Arakawa is responsible for planning, entitlement, development and sales of projects owned by the Company. Arakawa has led the planning and entitlement team since joining A&B in 2008, and has been instrumental in the long-range planning and successful entitlement and development for some of the Company's key projects such as Maui Business Park and Waiale in central Maui and Kamalani residential in Kihei, Maui. Prior to joining A&B, he served as president of Waiawa Ridge Development, a joint venture between A&B and Gentry Investment Properties, and executive vice president at Castle & Cooke Hawaii. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the University of Hawaii Foundation Board of Trustees and the Board of HomeAid Hawaii.

  • Leslie Brown

Leslie Brown heads the Leasing team for A&B's commercial real estate portfolio and is responsible for executing leases with new and renewing tenants in Hawaii. Prior to joining A&B in January 2017, she managed Leslie Brown Associates and helped clients such as A&B, with overall Leasing and a specific focus on A&B's Kukui`ula and the Kailua portfolio, including the new Lau Hala Shops redevelopment. She also aided The Taubman Co in the leasing of the new International Marketplace and most recently leased The Shops at Wailea, owned by Heitman. Originally from California, Brown moved to Hawaii in 1994 to work for A&B Properties as a Leasing Manager before moving on to Director of Leasing positions at Victoria Ward and General Growth Properties. Brown earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate finance at the University of Southern California.

Kit Millan is responsible for asset management, property management and operations of A&B's commercial real estate portfolio on the mainland and Hawaii. Prior to joining A&B, Millan was director of asset management for Kamehameha Schools (Bishop Estate) where he had full P&L responsibility for the organization's $3.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio. Millan previously was a real estate consultant, an executive for a property management software firm and a portfolio director for AvalonBay Communities, the second largest multifamily REIT. He holds a master of business administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute and is board president for The Early School.

  • Charlie Loomis

Charlie Loomis is responsible for the identification, creation and execution of land monetization opportunities in Hawaii. He recently transitioned to this role after more than 25 years as an A&B in-house attorney, where he was involved in all legal aspects of real estate matters including development, leasing, property management and sales and acquisition transactions. His extensive experience also includes the management and oversight of litigation and certain human resources/employment matters. Prior to joining A&B, Loomis was a partner at Rush Moore Craven and Strickland. He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University Law School and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Colorado College. He serves on the boards of HUGS and Friends of Waikiki Aquarium.

Jeff Pauker leads the investment team at A&B Properties, with responsibility for core and opportunistic acquisitions and investments, commercial property dispositions, and asset-level financings. Prior to joining A&B, Pauker was an attorney with the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a global law firm, where he practiced transactional real estate law on behalf of developer and investment fund clients. Prior to graduate study, Jeff worked in management consulting and private equity for Monitor Group, now a division of Deloitte. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School, and serves on the boards of various community organizations, including the Urban Land Institute's Hawaii chapter, Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, Hawaii Opera Theatre, and Honolulu Theatre for Youth.

  • Rick Stack

Rick Stack is responsible for development and construction related activities for A&B's commercial real estate portfolio. Since joining A&B in 1998, Stack has led the development efforts for A&B's five high-rise residential condominium projects in urban Oahu, as well as the development of income properties for the Company's commercial portfolio. Prior to joining the Company, he was vice president and operations manager at Molokai Ranch and development manager at the State of Hawaii's Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HFDC). Stack earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is president of the Catholic Charities Housing Development Corporation which develops affordable housing in Hawaii and serves on the boards of NAIOP and Waipahu Community Association.
