Norb Buelsing is responsible for the overall management of the Company's real estate assets, including over 88,000 acres of land and an improved portfolio of over eight million square feet of leasable space. He was appointed president in October 2008. Prior to his appointment, Buelsing had been executive vice-president of A&B Properties, responsible for the company's commercial portfolio in Hawaii and on the Mainland. He previously was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Chaney Brooks & Company, a Hawaii real estate firm. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and serves as the Company's principal broker.

Paul Hallin is responsible for the Company's entitlement and development activities. Prior to joining the Company in 1992, he was a project manager for Lanai Company, a subsidiary of Castle & Cooke, Ltd., and held a similar position with Hemmeter Development. He has a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mike Wright is in charge of the Company's real estate acquisitions and new investments. He joined the Company in 2001, after nine years with GE Capital Hawaii, where he served as senior vice president and manager of GE's commercial real estate finance business. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

David Haverly is responsible for the asset and property management of the Company's improved and ground leased real estate portfolio in Hawaii and on the Mainland. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Hawaii . He was previously vice president of property management for Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties and also spent five years with Colliers Monroe Friedlander. Haverly is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Rick Stack is in charge of the Company's active real estate developments. Prior to joining the Company, he held project manager and operations manager positions at Molokai Ranch and had similar development responsibilities for the State of Hawaii's Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HFDC). He has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
