A&B Properties, Inc., is a subsidiary of
Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (A&B), which owns and manages over 89,000 acres of land and an improved portfolio of
7.6 million square
feet. These extensive land holdings include over 68,000 acres on Maui
and over 20,000 acres on Kauai, as well as income
properties on Oahu and across the
United
States. A&B Properties is responsible for enhancing and realizing the value of these lands
through entitlement, development, sales and ongoing property management.
Uses of A&B land vary from master-planned
communities to managed watersheds, and from industrial parks to resort residential
developments and leased commercial properties. On Maui, a sizable portion of
A&B's developed and developable land is situated in and around Kahului,
Maui's residential and commercial center. On Kauai, A&B's lands stretch
from Poipu, the island's premier tourist destination, to Port Allen, Kauai's
second largest harbor and primary harbor for tourist boating activities. |
