acres on Maui. While much of this land is used for the Company's
agribusiness operations, we have been in the development business since
the 1950s, starting with the master-planned development of Maui’s
primary residential area, Kahului
(Dream City) in the 1950s and 1960s and the world-class
Wailea
Resort in the 1970s
and 1980s. Our current development activities include resort residential,

Maui consists of retail, office and industrial properties, primarily
located in Kahului, the island’s most populated area and location of Maui’s
