Stanley M. Kuriyama

Stanley Kuriyama is responsible for the overall management of the Company's real estate assets, including
over 89,000 acres of land and an improved portfolio of over five million square feet of leaseable space. Prior to joining the company in 1992, he was a partner in the law firm Cades Schutte Fleming & Wright. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and
earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Hawaii.

Robert K. Sasaki

A&B Properties, Inc.
Robert Sasaki is in charge of the entitlement and development of the Company's land holdings and property sales. He has been with the Company since 1965 and has an MBA from U.C. Berkeley and a bachelor's degree from Pomona College.

Norbert M. Buelsing

Norb Buelsing is responsible for the asset and property management of the Company's improved real estate portfolio in Hawaii and on the Mainland. He previously was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Chaney Brooks & Company, a Hawaii real estate firm. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and serves as the Company's principal broker. |

Paul Hallin
Executive Vice President
A&B Properties, Inc.Paul Hallin is responsible for Properties’
development activities. Prior to joining the Company in 1992, he was a
project manager for Lanai Company, a subsidiary of Castle & Cooke, Ltd., and
held a similar position with Hemmeter Development. He has a bachelor’s
degree in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. |

Mike Wright
Executive Vice President
A&B Properties, Inc.Mike Wright is in charge of the Company’s real estate
acquisitions and new investments. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from
the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He joined the Company in 2001, after nine
years with GE Capital Hawaii, where he served as senior vice president and
manager of GE’s commercial real estate finance business. |
