A&B PROPERTIES, KUKUI’ULA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY OFFICES RELOCATED
Office Back at Kukui’ula, Near The Koloa Estates


KOLOA – Kukui’ula Development Company and its sister corporation, A&B Properties, Inc., have relocated their offices to The Koloa Estates, the initial residential subdivision under construction within Kukui’ula, announced A&B Properties Vice President Tom Shigemoto. “We enjoyed spending the last few years at Numila with our Kauai Coffee Company colleagues,” said Shigemoto, “but are pleased to be back in Koloa, on the project site. Trinette Kaui is the broker in charge for The Koloa Estates, so it was important for her to be close to the project.” Suzette Kane also will relocate with Shigemoto and Kaui. 

Their offices are in two trailers located adjacent to and south of the Koloa Gardens Apartments, north of the corner of Poipu Road and Lopaka Paipa Boulevard, the new street which becomes a main entrance to Kukui’ula. Effective yesterday, February 15, the phone number is 808-742-2773 and fax number is 808-742-2776. The mailing address remains P.O. Box 430, Koloa, HI 96756.

All three companies—Kauai Coffee, A&B Properties and Kukui’ula Development—are subsidiaries of A&B-Hawaii, Inc., the food products, and property development and management subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. Other A&B companies on Kauai are Kauai Commercial Company and Matson Navigation Company.
