The project was developed by Intertex Centre Pointe Marketplace, LLC, a joint venture between A&B Properties and Intertex Properties, culminated in early 2008 with a 105,700-square foot neighborhood retail center on 13.0 acres. The center was parcelized to facilitate multiple building sales.
